Permanently delete your VeerexaSchool account and all data
Your account will be marked as deleted and you will not be able to login. After 10 days, all your data will be permanently deleted from VeerexaSchool. You can contact support to restore your account within 10 days.
We understand that you may want to delete your VeerexaSchool account. This page explains the steps you need to take to request account deletion and what data will be removed or retained.
Log in to your VeerexaSchool account using your username/email and password at school.veerexa.com
Navigate to your profile or account settings page from the dashboard menu.
Click on "Delete My Account" button in your account settings, or contact our support team directly.
You will be asked to confirm your deletion request. Once confirmed, you will be logged out immediately and cannot login again. Your account will be permanently deleted after 10 days. Contact support@veerexa.com within 10 days to restore your account.

Grace Period: Your account will be marked as deleted and you will NOT be able to login. You have a 10-day grace period during which you can request account restoration by contacting support@veerexa.com
Permanent Deletion: After 10 days, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Financial Records: As mentioned above, financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable laws.
Once deleted, you cannot login. You have 10 days to contact support@veerexa.com to request account restoration. After 10 days, the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Once you confirm deletion, you are immediately logged out and cannot login. Your account is marked as deleted. Complete permanent deletion occurs after 10 days.
If you're a teacher or admin, your deletion may affect students or other users who depend on your data. Please coordinate with your school administrator before deleting your account.
School administrators should contact support directly to ensure proper data handling and transfer of administrative responsibilities before account deletion.
