⚠️ Important: Account Will Be Permanently Deleted in 10 Days
Your account will be marked as deleted and you will not be able to login. After 10 days, all your data will be permanently deleted from VeerexaSchool. You can contact support to restore your account within 10 days.
How to Delete Your Account
We understand that you may want to delete your VeerexaSchool account. This page explains the steps you need to take to request account deletion and what data will be removed or retained.
Steps to Request Account Deletion
Sign in to Your Account
Log in to your VeerexaSchool account using your username/email and password at school.veerexa.com
Go to Account Settings
Navigate to your profile or account settings page from the dashboard menu.
Request Account Deletion
Click on "Delete My Account" button in your account settings, or contact our support team directly.
Confirm Your Request
You will be asked to confirm your deletion request. Once confirmed, you will be logged out immediately and cannot login again. Your account will be permanently deleted after 10 days. Contact support@veerexa.com within 10 days to restore your account.

What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile Information: Name, email address, phone number, profile picture
- Academic Records: Attendance, grades, exam results, assignments (if you're a student)
- Communication Data: Messages, notifications, announcements you've created or received
- Access Credentials: Login credentials, session data, device tokens
- Uploaded Documents: Files, certificates, ID cards you've uploaded
What Data May Be Retained
For legal and regulatory compliance, some data may be retained for a specified period:
- Financial Records: Fee payments, transaction history (retained for 7 years as required by law)
- Audit Logs: System access logs for security purposes (retained for 90 days)
- Legal Records: Data required for ongoing legal proceedings or disputes
- Backup Data: Your data in system backups will be deleted during the next backup cycle (within 10 days)
Data Retention Period
Grace Period: Your account will be marked as deleted and you will NOT be able to login. You have a 10-day grace period during which you can request account restoration by contacting support@veerexa.com
Permanent Deletion: After 10 days, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Financial Records: As mentioned above, financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable laws.
